To begin with, the front headlights of the Venom have an F-shaped design which is a fun reference to its name. As for the back, the taillights are particularly unique because they have hollow centers that feature ducts which help to cool down the engine by dispersing heat. The Venom F5 Roadster boasts butterfly doors that can be opened using concealed buttons on either side. These doors do not have conventional handles, which not only gives the car a sleek appearance but also enhances its aerodynamics. The doors are incredibly lightweight, just like the rest of the vehicle’s body, as they are crafted from carbon fiber. This feature contributes to its overall weight of only 1406kg (3100lbs).

As soon as you step into the F5 Roadster, your attention will be drawn to its Formula 1-inspired D-shaped steering wheel. This unique wheel houses all of the car’s controls, including those for its headlights and ignition. Other than the climate control system, which is notably minimalistic, the only other controls you’ll find are a single dial in the center of the cabin and a small round touchscreen. Overall, the interior design of the F5 Roadster is sleek and streamlined, allowing you to focus on the road ahead.

The interior of the car has some interesting details, such as flags imprinted on the door handles. For instance, this particular car has the American flag on one handle and the Texas flag on the other, but each buyer can personalize these flags as they wish. Additionally, there’s a small Texas flag on the seats as a nod to where the car was made. The Venom F5 Roadster is vying for the title of the world’s fastest convertible with its 1817hp (1355kW) from a 6.6-liter twin-turbo V8 engine. Although Hennessey already holds the record with its 2016 Venom GT Spyder, which reached a top speed of 427.4km/h (265.6mph), the company is aiming for a new record with the F5 Roadster, targeting a speed of over 483km/h (300mph).
